BLOODHOUND Education and Engagement – Inspiring the next generation
The main aim of BLOODHOUND Education is to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers. Our Education Programme is available to all primary and secondary schools, students in further and higher education, home educators and children’s groups and clubs. We also give presentations and hands-on demonstrations to adult groups and professional institutions.

Why do we need a BLOODHOUND Education Programme?
In the UK, and many of the developed countries worldwide, there is a shortage of scientists, engineers and mathematicians. So we urgently need young people to be motivated to enjoy and study science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) subjects at school and then at university.
The BLOODHOUND Project is providing a catalyst through which young people will acquire the passion and skills, and develop innovative talents, that will enable them to pursue STEM subjects and help us solve future challenges.
Higher education
The BLOODHOUND Project offers a unique opportunity to inspire students at further education colleges and universities to consider studying STEM-related subjects. And it works! For example, affiliated universities have reported an increase in the number of applications to study engineering subjects since working with the BLOODHOUND Project.
We would love to hear from you if you would like to work with us, and can provide speakers, materials and even the full size show car for educational outreach events.
